We provide an online marketplace that connects guests with hosts offering short-term accommodations. We do not own or operate the properties listed unless explicitly stated.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering or booking.

3. Bookings & payments

When you complete a booking, you enter into an agreement with the host subject to the listing's rules and cancellation policy. Unless stated otherwise on the listing, payment is due at the property (pay on arrival). Fees and taxes may apply as shown when you review your booking.

4. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape listings at scale without permission, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between guests and hosts, property conditions, or third-party services.
